Double Skeins
Double Skeins
I thought it would be nice to have one skein of thread with 8 colors to choose from. It’s like having a little box of crayons. These skeins are the perfect addition to any thread collection. I love being able to add a pop of color or even a secret color when I’m working on my stitch craft.
This collection of colors is sustainably wild harvested from the 3-acre second growth Redwood forest I live in. The quantity of this color collection is limited because I want to ensure my plants are strong & healthy. Neon colors are non-toxic and water-based dye.
COLORS IN COLLECTION
Messy Rainbow - non toxic neons and a variety of pops of colors. This is my kind of color palette.
Patchwork Indigo - my number one selling thread collection of various shades of indigo, madder, oak gall
Earth Sky - colors from trees with a sprinkle of Indigo
Madder - all things madder
Naturally dyed embroidery thread made by hand in Sonoma County, California. Honey Folk thread is hand-dyed from a combination of ethically sourced and sustainably wild harvested botanical materials such as flowers, herbs, weeds, fallen leaves, pruned branches, berries & such. This thread is a lovely choice for visible mending (like sashiko), hand-embroidery, cross stitch, tassels, pom-pons, gift wrapping, & more! Uneven coloring & gentle fading is just one of the magickal characteristics of botanical dyes.

It's best to store naturally dyed thread out of constant direct sunlight as fading may occur.
Care for garments or linens after mending: When needed hand or machine wash gently in cold water. Hang to dry out of direct sunlight. Use a PH neutral soap. Excess dye residue may occur.
Colors may vary from skein to skein.
