Summer is in full swing and I have the perfect new pattern for you to stitch. I originally created the Honey Folk Picnic bag 10 years ago so we could cut down on disposable plates and silverware at my local farmers' market. This bag transforms into a small mat when spread out. It can be used as a purse, project bag, or gather sack. Did I mention it's reversible?!

Handwork has always been my go-to when I need to feel calm and grounded. When we evacuated from our tiny forest in Sonoma County to San Fransisco during the 2019 fires I spent my days sitting on my friend’s couch mending their clothes and drinking tea. It made my heart happy in a really scary time.
